In the present invention, there is disclosed a creep-resisting chrome steel intended for manufacture of products used in operating temperatures ranging from 470 degC to 650 degC containing: O.08 to O.12 percent by weight of carbon C, O.20 to O.50 percent by weight of silicon Si O.30 to O.60 percent by weight of manganese Mn, at the most O.02 percent by weight of phosphorus P, at the most O.01 percent by weight of sulfur S, 8.0 to 9.5 percent by weight of chromium Cr, O.8 to 1 percent by weight of molybdenum Mo, up to O.30 percent by weight of nickel Ni, O.06 to O.10 percent by weight of niobium Nb, O.18 to O.25 percent by weight of vanadium V, up to O.020 percent by weight of aluminium Al, up to O.005 percent by weight of titanium Ti, up to O.005 percent by weight of tungsten W, O.03 to O.1 percent by weight of nitrogen N, and the balance being iron Fe and unavoidable manufacturing impurities wherein the total content of nitrogen NiC is given by the following relations: NiC = NiVaz + NiVN is less than or equal to O.1 percent by weight, NiVaz = O.52 x al weight percent + O.29 x Ti weight prevent + O.075 x Nb weight percent, NiVN = at least O.03 percent by weight, wherein NiC is residual amount of nitrogen N, NiVaz is bonded nitrogen N, NiVN is free nitrogen N. |
