PURPOSE: An integrated service management system and integrated service management method are provided to manage all information without performing special login and individual connection of each site by managing one central manager unit. CONSTITUTION: A plurality of individual manager units(20-1, 20-2, 20-n) individually manages client sites and receives events which are generated in client sites. A central manager unit(100) is connected to a plurality of individual administrator units. The central manager unit transfers the inputted responses to individual administrator units corresponding to events. The individual manager units reflect responses to client sites. |
