PURPOSE: A surgical operation instrument for collecting autogenous bone is provided to improve the reception capacity of a bone collecting piece and to control the depth of a cutting part. CONSTITUTION: A surgical operation instrument for collecting autogenous bone includes a drill part(10) equipped with a handle and a cutter. The area of the cutter is 10-40% of a virtual circle area which has a semidiameter from the center to the outside of the cutter. The end of the cutter is formed of an incline in order to have a sharp shape.
