PURPOSE: A device for bonding an electric wire for a dry cell electrode is provided to enable an electric wire to be easily bonded to the terminal of a dry cell with spark due to the short of the electrode when a bonding unit makes contact with the terminal of the dry cell. CONSTITUTION: A device for bonding an electric wire for a dry cell electrode comprises a reel(10), a straightening unit(100), an electric-wire transfer unit(200), and a bonding unit(300). The electric-wire transfer unit comprises a transfer unit, a cutting unit, and a holding unit. The transfer unit reciprocates on a first rail fixed transversely to a frame(40). When the transfer unit moves from the straightening unit to the bonding unit, the transfer unit fixes and supplies the electric wire to the bonding unit. The cutting unit is fixed to the frame or the first rail. If the transfer unit supplies the electric wire to the bonding unit, the cutting unit cuts the middle part of the electric wire.
