The invention relates to a process for preparing a liquid fertilizer. According to the invention, the process consists in mixing the soluble salt solutions of humic acids with the aqueous solutions of nitrogen and/or phosphorus and/or potassium carrying salts, optionally in admixture with soluble micro- and oligo-elements carrying salts, while maintaining the pH between 7.2 and 7.8 in such a ratio that the final acid content of the fertilizer is between 10 and 20%.
