A fluidic oscillator is disclosed. The oscillator comprises at least one channel (10) and at least one turbulent flow passage (14). The at least one channel (10) includes an interacting cavity (11). There is a first inlet (12) that communicates with the interactive cavity (11) to flow fluid inward and a first outlet (13) that communicates with the interacting cavity (11) to spray the fluid flowing through the interacting cavity (11) outward. The at least one turbulent flow passage (14) is used to guide a fluid in the turbulent passage (14) to flow into the interacting cavity or cavities (11), to interact with the fluid from the first inlet(s) (12), from one of the two opposite first longitudinal walls of the interacting cavity or cavities (11). This causes a turbulent flow effect to be generated in the interacting cavity or cavities (11). Then the fluid in the interaction cavity or cavities (11) flows out of the first outlet(s) (13) to generate oscillatory spray.
