Disclosed is the use of a pharmaceutical composition comprising a humanized monoclonal antibody recognizing the leukocyte differentiation antigen C06 able to induce apoptosis in tumor cells, and an appropriate excipient in the manufacture of a medicament for the diagnosis and/or treatment of B-Cell Chronic Lymphocytic Leukemia. Further disclosed is a humanized anti-C06 monoclonal antibody when used for the in-vitro diagnosis of the B-Cell Chronic Lymphocytic Leukemia.
