<p>PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing solid fuel based on synthetic resin-pulp waste is provided to prevent the generation of bad odor and pollutant materials and to recue manufacturing costs for regenerated solid fuel. CONSTITUTION: Waste or bad disposable diapers or sanitary pads composed of pulp and synthetic resin waterproofing films are pulverized. The pulverized products are transferred to a screw conveyor, and binding aid is sprayed to the pulverized products to be mixed. The mixed product is extruded using an extruder and is dried. The binding aid is waste cooking oil and is sprayed using a plurality of nozzles which is regularly installed along the transferring direction of the conveyor or is spirally installed.</p> |
