<p>#CMT# #/CMT# The circuit board (1) has an anodized coat (11) that is arranged on top face of a metal core (10). A strip guard (20) is located on the anodized coat (11). The thickness (d) of the anodized coat (11) is set in the range of 8-100 mu m. Two anodized coats (12,13) are respectively located on bottom portion and side surfaces of the metal core. One of three anodized coats is superficial dyed or brushed. The metal core is made from aluminum or aluminum alloy and the strip guard is made from gold or gold alloy. #CMT#USE : #/CMT# Circuit board used for mounting electrical component e.g. LUXEON(RTM: High-power LED developed, manufactured and marketed by Philips Lumileds lighting company) Rebel LED. #CMT#ADVANTAGE : #/CMT# Since the strip guard is located on the anodized coat, the heat dissipation property of the circuit board can be enhanced. Since the anodized coats are used as corrosion protection layers and side surfaces of the metal core are protected, the corrosion resistance of the anodized coat can be improved.
