<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tactile sense type interactive device, and a tactile sense and sound effect generation method. <P>SOLUTION: The present invention relates to the tactile sense type interactive device (10) that includes a touch sense surface (1) and a chassis (4), and makes it possible to generate tactile sense and speech (100, 101), and visual interaction effects. The sound and tactile sense effects are generated by a common structure (1, 2, 31, 32, and 4) where the touch sense surface (1) and chassis (4) are arranged so as to behave like a loudspeaker, and electronic means. Further, the present invention relates to the method of generating interaction effects. The present invention is a visualization device (10) and is applied to, for example, a computer, a television, a telephone, and a touch sense tablet.
