<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information processing system capable of determining whether a measurement result of a sensor output by a communication device is reliable or not. <P>SOLUTION: The information processing system includes: a portable communication device including a sensor which measures predetermined information and outputs the measurement result and varies its output characteristics depending on a place of use; and a stationary information processing device communicatively connectable to the portable communication device. The information processing device acquires the measurement result of the sensor from the communicatively-connected portable communication device, executes calibration of the sensor by using the acquired measurement result, executes an application program using the measurement result of the sensor, and determines whether the calibration is already executed for the communicatively-connected portable communication device or not when executing the application programs. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
