<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sealing device having reduced torque load. <P>SOLUTION: The sealing device for sealing between a shaft 12 and a bore 14 includes: an inner case member 18 adapted to be mounted on the shaft 12; an outer case member 20 adapted to be mounted to the bore 14; and a seal element 22 mounted to the inner case member 18. The seal element 22 includes: a base part 22a attached to the inner case member 18; a membrane part 22b extending from the base part 22a; an axially extending part 22c from the membrane part 22b; and a seal lip 22d extending from the axially extending part 22c in a radial direction and sealing to a radially extending part of the outer case member 20. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
