<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stably perform flux-less brazing even in an internal space without requiring flux. <P>SOLUTION: In this method, an AI-Si-based brazing material 3 containing, by mass, 3 to 13% of Si and 0.1 to 5.0% of Mg and a member 4 to be brazed are brought into contact with and adhere to each other, and brazing is performed in a non-oxide atmosphere not accompanying pressure reduction. Since the brazing is performed at the adhered face of a contact adhesion part by using the AI-Si-based brazing material 3 in a temperature range in which at least an actual temperature of AI-Si-based brazing material 3 reaches 400°C or higher while making the highest oxygen concentration in a brazing atmosphere not higher than 50 ppm, the flux-less brazing can stably be performed without requiring the flux, and favorable joining becomes possible even in a region such as the internal space of, for example, a heat exchanger. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
