<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a constant current circuit capable of being operated at a lower supply voltage. <P>SOLUTION: A constant current circuit can be operated when a power supply voltage VDD is higher than the addition voltage of the voltage Vds 10 between a drain and a source of a depletion type NMOS transistor 10 and voltage Vgs 15 between a gate and a source of an NMOS transistor 15. Since, as the power supply voltage VDD of the constant current circuit, the addition voltage of one voltage between the drain and source and one voltage between the gate and source becomes necessary and no addition voltage of one voltage between the drain and source and two voltages between the gate and source becomes unnecessary, the minimum operation supply voltage of the constant current circuit becomes low. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
