<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a protection instrument such that only when excessive tensile force is applied to an optical fiber feeder cable, the main optical fiber line is securely cut. <P>SOLUTION: The protection instrument is attached to a crossing part in a method of fixing one end of a supporting line included in the optical fiber feeder cable branching off from a main line cable system to an outer wall of a building, and also leading the main optical fiber line separated from the supporting line into the building after winding the main optical fiber line to form the crossing part. The protection instrument has a main body part (51) which is inserted into a longitudinal hole (59) formed by combination, and a fixation part 60 which fixes the main body part (51) nearby the one end of the supporting line. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
