<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a beverage server capable of smoothly pouring beverage and having reduced components to be used. <P>SOLUTION: The beverage server 1 has a body section 10 capable of mounting a beverage bottle A mounted on the top part. An opening communicating with the outside, a valve seat section 12 arranged in a vicinity of the opening and made of an O-ring, and a valve body 40 urged by a spring 43 in a direction of the valve seat section 12 are arranged on thea bottom section of the body section 10. A tapered surface 41 is formed on a lower surface of the valve body 40 at a valve seat section side in order to lessen a degree that the beverage flowing out of the body section 10 and air entering the body section 10 are collided each other.
