<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a connector assembly, securing a sufficiently stable electric conduction state between external conductors in a connector fitted state, without increasing fitting force of an electric cable connector in the middle of fitting the connector. <P>SOLUTION: Inside a receiving space 46 of a connector 2 for a circuit board, an upper support 64A and a lower support 62A are provided for supporting an external conductor 30 of a cable connector 1 respectively from upward and downward. The upper support 64A is placed in front of the lower support 62A, and both the upper support 64A and the lower support 62A are formed on a ground terminal 60. The lower support 62A is elastically displaceable, and by the elastic displacement, produces a clamp pressure onto the external conductor 30 in the vertical direction. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
