<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily install a flexible cable part corresponding to a side key and to prevent it from getting easily damaged. <P>SOLUTION: To a flexible cable part 16 extending from a flexible substrate 11 for a key and passing through a through-hole 7a for flexible insertion formed at a flat plate part 7, an extension part 17 for the side key having a contact for the side key corresponding to the side key 10 on the surface side is connected. Side key packing 18 is bonded on the back surface side of the extension part 17 for the side key. The side key packing 18 is locked to a packing locking part formed on the inner surface side of a recess 15 for side key arrangement, and the extension part 17 for the side key is arranged on the inner surface side of the recess 15 for the side key arrangement so that the contact 17a for the side key is on the outer surface side of a sidewall part 8 in the state that the flexible cable part 16 is curved and bent.
