<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a permeation filter device which has excellent permeability, is easily maintainable and can prevent lifting thereof. <P>SOLUTION: A permeation filter device 1 includes a upper structure body 10 which extends from a through-hole 4 into a catch basin 2 in the vertical direction, is a cylindrical shape and has a filter member 15 on the outer peripheral part and a lower structure body 11 which extends from the through-hole 4 into the ground in the vertical direction, is a cylindrical shape and has the filter member 15 on the outer peripheral part.
