<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a daylighting heat insulator having sound absorbing property, which has excellent sound absorbing, daylighting, and insulating properties and can be applied to various areas such as a curved surface portion and a movable partition in a room. <P>SOLUTION: A daylighting heat insulator 1 having sound absorbing property comprises a plurality of laminated synthetic resin films 2 to 5 having flexibility, transparency, and a plurality of through-holes, with an air space between the films.
