<p>The present invention comprises: a lever-side clutch section (11) which is provided on the input side and which controls, by means of lever operation, the transmission of rotational torque to the output side and the blocking of the transmission thereof; and a brake-side clutch section (12) provided on the output side, the brake-side clutch section (12) transmitting input torque, which is transmitted from the lever-side clutch section (11), to the output side and blocking a reverse torque input from the output side. An annular groove (22g) is provided in the shaft section (22c) of the output shaft (22) of the brake-side clutch section (12). An annular wave spring (30) is fitted in the groove (22g) in the shaft section (22c), and the wave spring (30) retains the lever-side outer ring (14) of the lever-side clutch section (11) and the inner ring (15) of the brake-side clutch section (12), the lever-side clutch section (11) and the brake-side clutch section (12) being mounted on the output shaft (22).</p> |
