The present invention discloses a method for adaptive antenna matching. The method includes the following steps: receiving a program frequency-point signal, adjusting the matching circuit parameters of a matching circuit according to the signal intensity of the current program frequency-point, changing the matching circuit impedance, and associating the matching circuit parameters which correspond to the highest signal intensity value with the program frequency-point. The invention also discloses a device for adaptive antenna matching. The application of the method and device of the present invention can improve the receiving performance of the mobile TV, and enhance the user experience.
