PURPOSE: A microorganism activator composition for eliminating nitrogen and phosphorus from sewage and wastewater is provided to improve cost-effectively characteristic of the composition by using waste yeast which is the byproducts of a brewing process. CONSTITUTION: A microorganism activator composition for eliminating nitrogen and phosphorus from sewage and wastewater includes 35-65 weight% of waste yeast powder, 0.1-4 weight% of frozen and dry powder of Bacillus thuringiensis EnB2(KCTC 11394BP) strains, 33.4-50 weight% of glucose, 0.5-4 weight% of magnesium sulfuric acid, 0.5-4 weight% of slaked lime, and 0.5-3 weight% of powdered activated carbon. The waste yeast powder is obtained by adding basic materials into waste yeast and grinding the waste yeast. The basic materials are selected from a group including calcium hydroxide, potassium hydroxide, magnesium hydroxide, sodium hydroxide, ammonia, and sodium bicarbonate.
