<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus for continuous electrolytic treatment of a steel sheet, which is suitable for manufacturing a surface-treated steel sheet and is superior in corrosion resistance without using any Cr and in which superior wet resin adhesiveness is obtained even when executing the lamination under condition that the BO value of the resin film is increased, and to provide a method of manufacturing the surface-treated steel sheet using the apparatus. <P>SOLUTION: In the apparatus for continuous electrolytic treatment of the steel sheet, N-pairs of plate-like electrodes having the length L are disposed opposite to both sides of the steel sheet. There are provided n-pieces of parts consisting of a conductive part composed of an electrode part of the length T1 and a non-conductive part with an electrode part of the length T2 being non-conducted, in the longitudinal direction of the electrodes on a surface opposite to the steel sheet surface of each electrode, and inequalities n×N≥10, 0.96≥T2/(T1+T2)≥0.05, and 0.9≥T1/L≥0.1 are satisfied. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
