<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a spoiler which can be manufactured inexpensively by a method not requiring complicated molding and demolding work. <P>SOLUTION: The spoiler 1 includes an outer member 2 having a design surface portion 2a making up a design surface, a slope portion 2b extending opposite to the design surface portion 2a, and a bent portion 2c connecting the design surface portion 2a to the slope portion 2b, and an inner member 3 which has a back portion 3a opposite to the design surface portion 2a and a rising wall portion 3b rising from the back portion 3a toward the slope portion 2b and is located inside the outer member 2. The design surface portion 2a is oscillation welded to the back portion 3a via first welding ribs 4, and the slope portion 2b is oscillation welded to the rising wall portion 3b via second welding ribs 5. The rising wall portion 3b has a plurality of recessions recessed toward the bent portion 2c and arranged in a vehicle width direction, thereby formed into an undulant shape. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
