PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To correct bit abnormality generated in entry data without attaching an error correction code to the entry data of an address conversion table.

SOLUTION: A semiconductor storage device 2 includes: an address conversion table abnormality detecting section 21 detecting bit abnormality generated in the entry data based on an error detection code that is attached to the entry data of an address conversion table 31 related to the conversion into a physical address corresponding to a logic address; an entry data inspection section 22 inspecting whether the data acquired by inverting a prescribed bit included in the entry data from which the bit abnormality is detected is normal entry data or not; and an entry data replacing section 23 for replacing the entry data from which the bit abnormality is detected with the inspected normal entry data.
