<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an underpants-type absorbent article, capable of effectively preventing leak of excrement with enhanced adhesion to a wearer's excretion part by protruding an absorber toward a skin non-contact surface side to easily form a pocket. <P>SOLUTION: The diaper 1 has a ventral portion A, a dorsal portion B and a crotch portion C, and includes a facing body 2 and an absorbent body 3 including an absorber 31. The absorber 31 has a central absorber 311 and a pair of side absorbers 312 disposed symmetrically along both side edges 311d of the central absorber, which are separated at least in the crotch portion C. The central absorber 311 has a dorsal cutout 313 at an end 311b on the dorsal portion B side. The ventral portion A and dorsal portion B in the facing body 2 include a plurality of elastic members 4, and a region where the facing body 2 overlaps with the absorber 31 is not elastic or less elastic than the laterally outer sides of the overlapped region. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
