<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve a manufacturing yield of a panel structure while preventing a coating failure in a needle method. <P>SOLUTION: A repair paste is made by dispersing inorganic fine powders (metal fine powders such as silver(Ag), gold(Au), aluminium(Al), nickel(Ni), copper(Cu) and chrome(Cr)), which are raw materials of a panel structure including an electrode, a dielectric body and a fluorescent body, into a resin binder for pasting and its viscosity is in the range of 1 Pa s to 15 Pa s at a shear rate of 0.4/s. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
