摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To synthesize a mesoporous silica nanotube and to provide a silica nanotube thereof. <P>SOLUTION: A method for producing a mesoporous silica nanotube body which has a pore parallel to a base board and having a pore diameter of at least 13 nm, which enables to be composited by inserting a protein through the pore, and a channel perpendicular to the base board and having a channel diameter of at least 100 nm, which enables a substrate to smoothly pass through the channel, includes sucking a precursor solution containing a surfactant of a triblock copolymer as a template in an alumina film by a high vacuum to thereby introduce the precursor solution in a cylindrical alumina pore formed in the alumina film, and drying the resultant to thereby produce a silica nanotube body having one-dimensional channel perpendicular to the base board and having a channel diameter of at least 100 nm and a pore parallel to the base board and having a pore diameter of at least 13 nm.
