TONER FOR ELECTROSTATIC CHARGE IMAGE DEVELOPMENT AND PRODUCTION METHOD OF THE SAME

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a production method of a toner, by which a toner for electrostatic charge image development capable of forming an image of basically high picture quality and having excellent high temperature offset resistance while having excellent low temperature fixability can be stably produced.

SOLUTION: The production method of a toner includes: (a) an oil phase liquid preparation step of dissolving or dispersing an amorphous polyester resin including a polymerizable unsaturated double bond and a crystalline polyester resin in an organic solvent; (b) a preparation step for an aqueous dispersion liquid of oil droplets, in which oil droplets of the oil phase liquid are formed in an aqueous medium; (c) a crosslinked structure forming step of adding a radical polymerization initiator to the aqueous dispersion liquid of oil droplets to produce oil droplets containing the amorphous polyester resin having a crosslinked structure; and (d) an organic solvent removing step of removing the organic solvent to form toner particles.
