PURPOSE: A method for transmitting and receiving an ACK(Acknowledgement)/NACK(Non-Acknowledgement) signal and an apparatus thereof are provided to obtain transmission diversity through a multiple antenna system by transmitting the same ACK/NACK signal through different antennas by using different transmission resources. CONSTITUTION: A terminal receives a PDCCH(Physical Downlink Control Channel) and PDSCH(Physical Downlink Shared Channel) from a base station(S100). The PDCCH and PDSCH are transmitted to one PCC(Primary Component Carrier) and one or more SCCs(Secondary Component Carrier). ACK(Acknowledgement)/NACK(Non-Acknowledgement) resources are allocated to a first antenna according to a resource allocation table(S110). A resource index forming the resource allocation table through separate signaling is allocated from the base station. The ACK/NACK resources are allocated by using the resource allocation table. The ACK/NACK resources are allocated to a second antenna in a resource area excluding where a channel selection table is allocated(S120).
