PURPOSE: A waterproof sheet assembly, a waterproofing method for a tunnel using the same, and a structure thereof are provided to form a waterproof layer for a sheet by installing a waterproof sheet assembly in a shotcrete layer and additionally form a waterproof coating layer, thereby waterproofing property for a tunnel and a construction ability thereof are improved. CONSTITUTION: A waterproofing method for a tunnel using a waterproof sheet assembly is as follows. A shotcrete layer is formed in a foundation tunnel which is composed of rock masses(ST1). A waterproof sheet assembly is installed in the shotcrete layer to form a sheet waterproof layer. The waterproof sheet assembly forms to be attached a drain layer and a waterproof material adhesion layer in both sides of the sheet waterproof layer by thermosetting or adhesives. A waterproof coating material is sprayed on the waterproof material adhesion lay to form a waterproof coating layer(ST3). Lining concrete is formed in the waterproof coating layer to form a lining layer(ST4).
