<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ultrasonic diagnostic apparatus capable of forming an elasticity image precisely reflecting elasticity of a subject. <P>SOLUTION: The ultrasonic diagnostic apparatus includes: a physical quantity data processing part 6 calculating physical quantity about elasticity in the respective parts of the subject; and an elasticity image data creating part creating the elasticity image of the subject based on the physical quantity calculated by the physical quantity data processing part 6.
