<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate the manufacturing and improve the mountability of a vehicle. <P>SOLUTION: An EGR cooler bypass valve 1 is provided with a valve housing 3 and a valve 5 installed on a valve shaft 4. The valve housing 3 is provided with an inflow port 11 of EGR gas, an outflow port 12 of EGR gas, an inflow chamber 13 communicating the inflow port 11, a cooler side exhaust port 14, a cooler side introducing port 15, a cooler side passage 16 communicating the cooler side exhaust port 14, an outflow passage 17 between the cooler side introducing port 15 and the outflow port 12, a bypass passage 18 between the inflow chamber 13 and the outflow passage 17, a first partition 21 which parts the cooler side passage 16 and the outflow passage 17, a first end face 31, and a second end face 32 arranged parallel to the first end face 31.
