<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cellular phone for not increasing a volume of ringtone when a user stays at a certain place but increasing the volume of the ringtone when a user is moving and there is much noise. <P>SOLUTION: When a volume determination part 507 determines a surrounding volume has exceeded a predetermined volume threshold and the number of times determined by an acceleration determination part 509 that acceleration has exceeded a predetermined acceleration threshold reaches a predetermined number of times or more after a call termination part 501 accepts a call, a state determination part 510 determines the ringtone is heard difficultly.
