<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high-thermal-conductivity steel sheet that exerts high thermal conductivity and is useful as a material for an electronic equipment part locally contacted by a heat source. <P>SOLUTION: The steel sheet has at least 10 g/m<SP POS="POST">2</SP>pure zinc plated per surface on both surfaces of a base steel sheet comprising ≤0.03% C (but not 0%), ≤0.1% Si (but not 0%), 0.05-0.90% Mn, 0.01-0.10% sol-Al, 0.01-0.10% Ti and ≤0.1% (but not 0%) each of at least one chosen from the group consisting of Cu, Ni, Mo and Cr, with the balance being iron and inevitable impurities. The steel sheet satisfies the formula (1): 71.16-47.92[C]-4.72[Mn]-71.59[sol-Al]+39.32[Ti]+27.01[X]+0.0024[Y]≥68.5, wherein [X] is the total content of Cu, Ni, Cr and Mo, and [Y] is the total pure zinc deposited on both surfaces of the steel sheet. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
