<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accurately detect deviation amount between two sheets of images even when great image-deviation occurs. <P>SOLUTION: A row-direction correlation index value calculation part 6 calculates a correlation index value between row-direction displacement feature amount in a plurality of deviation detection target ranges extracted from an image B and a row-direction displacement feature amount in a matching block within an image A. A row direction deviation amount detection part 7 identifies a deviation amount detection target range corresponding to a correlation index value indicating the highest correlation among the correlation index values calculated by the row-direction correlation index value calculation part 6, and detects the row-direction deviation amount between the deviation amount detection target ranges and the matching block. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
