PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To manage telephone book data recording telephone numbers.

SOLUTION: A cellphone 110a includes an identification data transmission section for transmitting identification data identifying the cellphone 110a to a contactless IC card 130 when an operation is made to refer to a telephone number. The contactless IC card 130 includes: an identification data reception section for receiving the identification data transmitted from the cellphone 110a; a cellphone determination section for determining whether or not the cellphone 110a identified by the identification data received by the identification data reception section is a cellphone registered beforehand as a cellphone permitted to read out telephone book data 220; and a telephone book data transmission section for transmitting the telephone book data 220 to the cellphone 110a if the cellphone determination section determines that the cellphone identified by the identification data received by the identification data reception section is the cellphone registered beforehand as a cellphone permitted to read out the telephone book data 220.
