<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a negative voltage power supply control circuit composed of a CMOS process. <P>SOLUTION: A negative voltage power supply control circuit 100 includes a resistor R connected between a positive voltage control voltage input terminal Vcont and a GND connection terminal and a PMOS transistor M1 whose source is connected to the positive voltage control voltage input terminal Vcont, gate is connected to the GND connection terminal, and back gate is connected to a source potential. The negative voltage power supply control circuit 100 also includes an NMOS transistor M2 whose drain is connected to the drain of the PMOS transistor M1 and gate and source are connected to a negative voltage input terminal Vin<SP POS="POST">-</SP>and a clamp circuit 130 that is connected between a junction point a of the drain of the PMOS transistor M1 and the drain of the NMOS transistor M2, the GND connection terminal, and the negative voltage input terminal Vin<SP POS="POST">-</SP>to clamp the potential of the junction point a to almost the GND potential. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
