An information communicating apparatus comprises: a communicating means for communicating with an information communicating apparatus mounted on a vehicle different from the vehicle on which the present information communicating apparatus is mounted; a first image receiving means for receiving an image that has been captured from and is external to the vehicle different from the vehicle on which the present information communicating apparatus is mounted; and a display control means for performing a control to cause the image, which is external to the vehicle and has been received by the first image receiving means, to be displayed. During a communication performed via the communicating means, the display control means causes the image, which has been captured from and is external to the second vehicle different from the first vehicle on which the information communicating apparatus currently communicating with the second vehicle is mounted, to be displayed.
