<p>The present invention aims to decrease the contamination of utensils for milking and storing milk, and consequently, to decrease the level of contamination, especially by organic pollutants, bacteria and viruses, and to provide an alternative for improving the treatment of water (improved sanitary conditions) for animal consumption without using biocides, such as chlorine and other chemical products. As such, the first aim of the invention is to provide an efficient and economical method for injecting ozone into water, for animal consumption and sanitization of utensils for milking and storing milk, said method involving oxidation of contaminants thereof with ozone produced on-site. This method allows live contaminating pollutants, such as bacteria, fungi and viruses to be killed.</p> |
