A perfusion system for circulatory thermochemotherapy of a body cavity comprises a heating system, a circulatory system and an automated control system, and further comprises perfusion conduits and a temperature-monitoring feedback system provided on the perfusion conduits. The temperature-monitoring feedback system is connected with an alarm system via a control system. Perfusion modes comprise a one-way perfusion mode, a circulatory perfusion mode and a combined perfusion mode. A first automatic clip (31) for on-off control of the one-way perfusion conduit is provided in the one-way perfusion mode. A second automatic clip (23) for on-off control of the circulatory perfusion conduit is provided in the circulatory perfusion mode. A circulatory power pump (60) and a liquid reservoir (40) are provided in the circulatory perfusion mode, and the liquid reservoir (40) is connected with a heating device. The perfusion system for circulatory thermochemotherapy of a body cavity is characterized by synchronous circulation, efficiency of circulation and temperature maintenance, accurate temperature monitoring, etc, and has a hierarchical alarm function.
