This device comprises target setting means for setting the target condition for the respiration time of a user whose buttocks and back are placed in the seat of a vehicle, guidance and control means for changing stimulation provided to the user by stimulation means so as to guide the respiration condition of the user to the target condition, and respiration information presentation means for presenting to the user the target condition for respiration as set by the target setting means.
