<p>Provided is an illuminating device, which has reduced weight, while suppressing deterioration of uniformity of illuminating light. A backlight device (illuminating device) (10) is provided with a plurality of light sources (30), and a plurality of light guide bars (20). The light guide bars are disposed at predetermined intervals, and each of the light guide bars include a processing section (22h), which changes the travelling direction of light emitted from the light sources to the direction that is suitable for outputting the light to the outside, and a trapezoidal section (22a), which deflects light outputted from the processing section and outputs the deflected light to the outside. The trapezoidal section includes the tilted surface (22g), which is tilted with respect to the side surface (22f) having the processing section formed thereon.</p> |
