<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a steel sheet for a container excellent in high film-adhesion property, and to provide its manufacturing method. <P>SOLUTION: The steel sheet for the container has a chemical conversion membrane in which a metallic Zr amount is 1 to 100 mg/m<SP POS="POST">2</SP>, a P amount is 0.1 to 50 mg/m<SP POS="POST">2</SP>and an F amount is 0.1 mg/m<SP POS="POST">2</SP>or smaller on the steel sheet, and a phenol resin layer in which a C amount is 0.1 to 50 mg/m<SP POS="POST">2</SP>on the chemical conversion membrane. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
