PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a contract information processing unit that alleviates the burden on an examination division that examines contracts.

SOLUTION: A contract information processing unit 1 includes: receiving means that receives determination information including information about contracts to be concluded (step S3); and determination means that determines using the determination information whether an examination by an examination division is not necessary for the contracts to be concluded included in the determination information received by the receiving means (step S4).
