<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To appropriately apply a benefit to multiple customers to whom a financial institution wants to express gratitude. <P>SOLUTION: A group information setting part 180 sets a group consisting of customers who have an account at a financial institution 30. A benefit content determination part 150 sets a first benefit value based on an individual benefit value in accordance with outstanding assets of each of the customers constituting the group, and also sets a second benefit value based on a total value of the outstanding assets of each of the customers. Then, the benefit content determination part 150 compares the first benefit value with the second benefit value, and of the first benefit value and the second benefit value, it determines a benefit value beneficial to the group as a group benefit value.
