<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a joint structure which achieves the reduction of the number of components and is easily assembled, and to provide a socket having the joint structure. <P>SOLUTION: A socket S is linked in a non-rotatable manner around an axis to a torque wrench 10 by fitting a square shank 17 to a second fitting recess 21, and a steel ball 22 that can be engaged with an engaging groove 18 formed at the square shank 17 is radially movably inserted into a steel ball hole 23 formed at a side face in the second fitting recess. When a lock operating member 24 attached to an outer circumference of the second fitting recess 21 is rotated around the axis to match a first hole 25 with the steel ball hole 23, the steel ball 22 is pushed inwardly and put in a locked state that the steel ball 22 is engaged with the engaging groove 18. When a second hole 26 having a larger diameter than that of the first hole 25 is matched with the steel ball hole 23, the steel ball can retract outwardly in a radial direction to a position where engagement with the engaging groove 18 can be released. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
