<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an acoustic device that generates a Helmholtz resonance at a desired frequency without increasing burden on each designing and manufacturing. <P>SOLUTION: Each cross sectional area S of holes 21A-m, each length L of interfaces 29A-m between the holes 21A-m and air spaces 25, and each capacity V of the air spaces 25 in respective sound absorption panels 20A-m (m=1 to 3) are set to be identical for all three types.
