METHODS FOR IDENTIFICATION OF CORONAVIRUSESThe present invention provides a method for rapid identification and quantitation of5 bacteria by amplification of a segment of bacterial nucleic acid followed by analysis bymass spectrometry. The compositions provide for characterization of the molecular massesand base compositions of bacterial nucleic acids which are used to rapidly identifybacteria.Figure 4~
